For senior executives and professionals whose clarity, focus, and steadiness are quietly slipping — and who would rather do something about it now than explain it later.
Do you want someone who understands the job, not just the symptoms — who won't need you to explain what a board deck, a P&L, or a quarterly review looks like from the inside?
"I can still do the work. It just takes twice as long as it used to."
"I'm fine in meetings. It's the two hours after that wreck me."
"I can hold it together at work. Home is another story."
"I'm running on fumes by midweek."
"My sleep is a mess but I don't have time to fix it."
"I don't have time to deal with it — which is exactly why I need to."
Every session is shaped around your goals, and you set the pace and depth that feel right for you.
Eight 75-minute sessions over three months. Async access throughout. The same goal-setting questionnaire, the same tailored homework, the same weekend availability. What the longer program buys you is time — time for patterns to shift rather than just be seen, time for new habits to integrate, time for the work to compound.
Most clients who start with six weeks extend. The twelve-week option exists for those who know that going in.
We talk. You tell me what's happening. I tell you how I work. We evaluate together if we are a good fit.
Once you're in, you receive the goal-setting questionnaire. Once you've completed it, we schedule the first session.
Four sessions, homework between sessions, async access so the work doesn't wait for the next appointment. Sessions can occur on weekends.
At session four, we look at where you are and where you want to keep going. You can close the program, extend into a second six-week block at $4,500, or shift to quarterly maintenance — $2,500 per quarter for two sessions and async access during active work. We decide together.
I am a licensed professional counselor, and my training informs the depth and attunement I bring to this work. The coaching program itself is not therapy, and clinical care stays separate from it. If clinical care is what you need, I'll tell you in our first conversation and help you find the right resource.
Yes. A meaningful share of the senior executives and professionals I work with are Gifted, 2e, ADHD, AuDHD, or Autistic — diagnosed or not. The work honours how your wiring actually moves rather than asking you to perform neurotypicality under pressure. If that is part of what brings you here, it is welcome.
I am based in Mountain Time (US). I hold sessions between 11am and 8pm Mountain, Wednesday through Sunday. That window covers most time zones. If not, we can find creative scheduling that works for both of us.
Six weeks is the intended rhythm. If your schedule makes that difficult, we can extend by up to two weeks. Beyond that, unused sessions expire — the program works because the sessions are close enough together to build on each other.
Standard professional confidentiality applies. Nothing you share in this program reaches your company, your board, or anyone else.
Many clients expense the coaching through their employer. I invoice you directly, and you submit the invoice to your company for reimbursement. This keeps billing simple and keeps the coaching relationship cleanly between us.
If the program is not the right fit after the first session, you can step out and receive a refund of everything except $1,600. After the second session, the program is committed and non-refundable. Quarterly maintenance is non-refundable once booked.
Either this is the right fit or it isn't. Either way you leave with something useful.
